FC slab construction method

After the concrete hardens, it is completely integrated with the FC board, forming a strong composite slab.

We would like to introduce the "FC Panel Slab Method." This method allows for the construction of long-span slabs without the need for temporary supports. Since prestressing is introduced, long-term creep deflection is extremely minimal, and it has the characteristic of being strong against cracking. Additionally, as it becomes a composite slab, the amount of rebar and concrete is reduced compared to conventional RC slabs. 【Features】 ■ Long-span slabs can be constructed without temporary supports ■ Long-term creep deflection is extremely minimal due to the introduction of prestressing ■ Strong against cracking ■ Thin sections can be easily notched or drilled for piping using a concrete cutter ■ Has sufficient recovery strength against excessive loading *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FR slab construction method

It is a half precast composite floor slab method that integrates on-site poured concrete.

We would like to introduce the "FR Panel Slab Method." The FR panel is a ribbed precast concrete slab, and the prestress is introduced through PC steel materials arranged in the rib sections. This method involves laying the FR panel on beam formwork, placing the upper reinforcement, and then pouring on-site concrete to integrate the components. 【Features】 ■ The underside of the FR panel is flat, allowing for direct ceiling finishing. ■ Small beams can be omitted, enabling flexible planning. ■ Long-term deflection due to creep is minimal. ■ By adopting the FRS method, it can accommodate floor level differences in areas such as water facilities. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
